Despite being a relatively ‘young’ producer, Bibo Runge are an outfit that's going somewhere, and in a hurry. 2016 saw Stuart Pigott award them ‘Discovery of the Year’, after only a year or two in operation
Typical of this producer this is a sharp and clean wine expressing the perfect harmony of bright fruit and linear acidity. A great aperitif and delicious with fusion cuisine.
