So good they named it thrice. Shiraz, Shiraz, Shiraz is a blend from three of Tscharke's estate vineyards. The sites are located on the Western Ridge of the Barossa Valley and the gentle, rugged terrain gives rise to unique growing aspects, together with the oldest soils in the Barossa.
Dense, inky red colour with a purple rim. The nose is layered, complex and seductive with great intensity and balance between ripe red to dark fruit and spicy undertones. The wine is upfront in its every aspect but elegantly put together so that the palate remains fresh and incredibly drinkable. The tannins are persistent and savoury, the finish long and rounded.
It’s hard not to drink it, but this Shiraz will reward those patient enough to cellar it for the next 5 years.

One of my favourite white discoveries of last year; crisp, fresh and elegant with classic varietal character and a mouthwatering finish. - Chris Connolly

Ripasso wines benefit from extra structure and fruit delivered by using the skins of sun dried grapes. This wine is bursting with cherries on the nose, has great depth of flavour, silky smooth fruit and a long, rich velvety finish.

Distinct notes of minerality, combined beautifully with citrus and lime aromas on the nose are complemented by shortbread and dessert peaches on the palate, ending in a refreshing, lingering and perfectly balanced finish.
