Fuenteseca Maccabeo/Sauvignon Blanc.
This beautiful Spanish white wine is made from organically grown Maccabeo and Sauvignon Blanc. The nose is light and aromatic with hints of peach and passionfruit. The zesty, citrussy palate has a lovely texture which is underpinned by a subtle minerality.

The second white wine we have for you to try is Chateau Lafont Menaut 2005 from Pessac-Leognan in Bordeaux. This Bordeaux white is 100% Sauvignon Blanc and demonstrates classic citrus and exotic fruit. Having had several years to develop, this elegant and rich wine has developed into a beautifully mature style.

The red wine we have chosen to tempt you with is a classic from Barossa,
Grant Burge Cameron Vale Cabernet Sauvignon
This single varietal Barossa Cabernet Sauvignon comes from Grant Burge’s Cameron Vale vineyard. It is a refined wine exhibiting an elegant and complex bouquet of ripe blackcurrant, dark mint chocolate and spicy oak. The palate is as intense as the nose with generous dark berry fruits, ripe plums, aromatic spices and toasted French oak. This is a full-bodied wine, but with a silky texture and velvety fine grained tannins.
