Westmalle Extra may have a low alcohol content of 4.8%, but it has a surprisingly full-bodied flavour. This golden-blond Trappist beer is very refreshing and thirst-quenching. With its fruity notes and rich aroma, Westmalle Extra delivers a taste experience that is very much Westmalle.
This is one of Westmalle Abbey’s oldest beers. In 1836, the monks started brewing a light, tasty beer for their own consumption. It was from this tradition that Westmalle Extra was born, brewed only twice a year, apparently the monks of the Westmalle Abbey drink this beer with their lunch.

Vodka Espresso Coffee Liqueur An authentic full strength espresso martini made by leading bartender Pietro Collina. The Espresso Martini is a sophisticated modern classic cocktail that combines vodka, espresso and coffee liqueur. Created in the 1980s by London bartender Dick Bradsell, it was born when a customer (legend has it this was supermodel Naomi Campbell) requested a drink to "wake me up and then **** me up." The cocktail became an instant hit, known for its bold coffee flavour and creamy froth. Staying true to this, our espresso martini is full strength, and full flavour. Chill well. Shake the can for at least 12 seconds to create foam, pour entire contents into a coupe glass (180-200ml glass). Garnish with 2-3 coffee beans.

Best served ice cold, either straight from the can, or served in a rocks glass over quality ice with an orange peel garnish. Whitebox's negroni stays true to the classic recipe, proportioned precisely to be exactly one serve, including the dilution that you would get if you were in a proper cocktail bar. The Negroni is said to have been invented by the Count Camillo Negroni in 1919. While at Bar Casoni in Florence, he demanded that the bartender strengthen his favourite cocktail, the Americano, by replacing the usual soda water with gin. As bitter as it is sweet, it is a classic stirred down sipping drink, perfect both as an aperitif or digestif.

The Wilce family have been making cider near Ledbury for at least 6 generations (albeit mostly for their own pleasure!). This long-standing family of cider makers now produce award winning premium cider and apple juice for everyone to enjoy, using fruits from their own orchards that they wash, mash and press before leaving nature to take its course with a slow, winter fermentation. After roughly six months, Brian Wilce, their very own Master cider maker, blends by taste before each cider is bottled or bagged. Wilces avoid using chemicals, added yeast and added water in their full strength products, and nor do they add sulphites choosing instead to use only those naturally occuring in the apples. Wilce’s cider is refeshingly traditional and has the unique PGI (Protected Geographical Indicator) classification for Herefordshire ciders. That’s the ultimate in provenance!

The fruit for the Wildeberg wines comes from the Franschhoek Valley only, hand-harvested, naturally-fermented and gently matured in the mountain barrel hall on the farm. Alex Zahel makes Gemischter Satz (a field blend from the hills surrounding Vienna), in fact he makes quite a few and he makes some of the very best available. Ein Kleines Fass translates as "a small barrell" and is a prper Gemischter Satz being a blend of Gruner, Riesling, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Furmin t& Orangetraube. It is distinctly orange both in colour and style having seen more than a few hours of skin contact so it’s got quite a tannic edge to it but perfect with pork or maybe some soft cheese.

Made from low-yielding old vines of Grenache and Carignan Noir, with Syrah and Mourvèdre grown in the hills above the village of Cairanne in the southern Rhône valley. Hand-picked grapes are vinified only by naturally occuring yeasts, aided by manual pigeage and gentle remontage in open topped oak vats (tronconique). Les Deux Barriques is matured for 24 months in French oak demi-muid (600 litre barrels); the wine is neither fined or filtered before botting at Domaine Boutinot in Cairanne.
Only made in the very finest vintages, this is the fifth release of Les Deux Barriques and it embodies the phenomenal concentration and complexity of the 2015 vintage. Primary fruit and overt oak have evolved into rich, autumnal aromas of dried fruit, with flavours of blueberries and black tea on the finish.
