On the nose there is a powerful explosion of guava and an aromatic mix of varietal herbal notes complemented with tropical fruits, citrus and stonefruits and a precise minerality. The palate is elegantly proportioned with lovely soft acid carrying the fruit flavours to a very long, mouthwatering finish.

Sileni's state of the art winery, vinifies grapes using modern and traditional methods which help to produce a dry, refreshing, all round well structured wine. Pale lemony green in colour with a satisfying nose of kiwi, lime, gooseberry, tropical fruits and a touch of grassiness. Whilst the palate displays taut acidity, zingly citrus fruits, gooseberry, stone fruits and minerality.

A fine, pure and elegant nose, with Morello cherry, blackberries aromas and a hint of spice. Subtle oak emerges on a layered savoury palate balancing the liquorice flavours and juicy dark fruit notes, all surrounded by a silky structure with round and fine tannins, leading to a long finish.

Notes of baked apple, peach, citrus and honey are to the fore whilst on the palate it is dry with a mouthfilling richness. Following fermentation the wine is left on its lees for a period of 9 months to add concentration and depth and you can really feel this additional texture in the mouth.
