Cnoc Na Moine, translating to ‘hill of peat’ from Gaelic, embodies the essence of its namesake with a composition that mirrors the dramatic and untamed beauty of Skye. Matured in a distinctive combination of Bourbon American Oak, Oloroso, and Pedro Ximenez casks, this release marries the robust peatiness Torabhaig is renowned for with rich sherry notes, culminating in a darker, more profound hue.

Made from whisky matured in American oak casks and chosen to represent the classic, unpeated distillery style, Bruichladdich's signature bottling is made with 100% Scottish Barley. It's clean, fresh and lively with aromas of barley sugar and mint and wildflowers as the palate opens smoothly with ripe green fruit, brown sugar and malt all featuring until the finish.

Another cracker from Glenburgie, however this 10-year-old has been matured in luxurious PX Sherry Hogsheads. Decadent and sweet with notes of toasted pecan nuts drizzled in golden syrup, this is not one to be missed.
